(“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our website. If you are unwilling to accept all of these terms, please stop accessing and using the site. We retain ownership of all content published on the site, and it may not be shared or posted without our permission. We collect user interaction data through third-party analytics and advertising providers.

Mass Save® Information Sharing

Information you provide may be shared with Mass Save® Sponsors, vendors, contractors, and Community First Partners solely for the purpose of supporting your participation in the Mass Save® program.

By participating, you are agreeing to share your submitted information with the Mass Save® Sponsors, Mass Save vendors and contractors,* and your Community First Partner [if applicable], solely for the purposes of supporting your participation in Mass Save. Your information will not be shared with other entities or used for purposes other than providing assistance with services related to Mass Save.

*“Mass Save vendors and contractors” includes but is not limited to energy services contractors, heat pump installers, home energy raters, engineers, architects, community-based organizations, and other energy efficiency organizations and their subcontractors that partner with Mass Save Sponsors to deliver energy efficiency programs.
